Colorful Children's Birthdays with PUSTEFIX

PUSTEFIX gaming tables for experimenting
Recommended age: 4 – 12 years
The simplest and most exciting way to use bubbles at a children’s birthday party is a PUSTEFIX Rainbow Bubble table. The children can make bubbles themselves and try out different bubble games.
What you will need:
- a long table
- multiple trays for the bubble solution

Important information
- Soap bubbles are intended for outdoor play.
- They consist of water and soap raw materials. If they burst, they leave liquid behind. On some surfaces they can cause stains, just like a drinking glass.
- Liquid soap is slippery! Grass or cobblestone pavement can therefore become quite dangerous when a larger amount of soap bubble solution gets on them. Try out how the floor reacts to the solution beforehand.
- Normally PUSTEFIX Rainbow Bubbles do not stain clothing. However, there are a few materials, such as silk or leather, that react unfavorably. Important: Do NOT use stain remover for stains!
- Some bubble toys are used with the mouth. For hygienic reasons these are not suitable for group games.
Great fun with giant Rainbow Bubbles
Recommended age: 7 – 12 years
Giant bubbles are a fascinating phenomenon. They can reach diameters of up to several meters. With a little practice they are definitely a lot of fun for children and adults alike.
What you will need:
- Giant bubbles set PUSTEFIX XXL Bubble Sticks (incl. sticks, bowl and solution)
- For other sizes: large rings or the Multi-Mega Bubbler bubble set
- possibly more trays or bowls
Tip:
Place the trays and bowls on the floor. To make giant bubbles, children usually need their whole body size.
Make your own sticks:

You can easily make more bubble sticks yourself. For this you need:
- 2 wooden sticks
- absorbent cord (e.g. made of cotton), not too thin
The string is attached to both rods (e.g. wrapped or knotted), on one side it dips more than on the other. Important: The cord has to form a closed circle.
You can organize exciting competitions with giant soap bubbles. Who can make the biggest bubble? Which one lasts the longest? Whose giant bubble flies furthest?

Bubble bursting
What you will need:

This is how it works:
Pretty simple, but incredibly popular with children:
One to two adults blow soap bubbles high into the air, e.g. with the Multi-Mega Bubbler.
The children are now allowed to burst the bubbles before they break on their own. Will they get them all?
Tip:
Shooting soap bubbles with water guns is a lot of fun.
Bubble contest
What you will need:
- bubble classics or toys
- bubble solution
This is how it works:
Also quite simple, but exciting:
The kids are standing side-by-side on a line. Now they will blow the bubbles.
Whose soap bubbles fly the furthest?
Whose bubbles fly the highest?
Idea:
Here you can also try out different blowing games. Is there a difference depending on the blowing toy?
Painting with soap bubbles
What you will need:
- bubble solution
- colors (e.g. liquid food coloring, Easter egg coloring, or ink)
- multiple trays
- blowers
- paper
- leaves, flowers, stencils
This is how it works:
Pour the soap bubble liquid into different trays. Then add a few drops of one color to each bowl and mix gently so that you have trays with red, green, blue, yellow, etc. bubble solution.
Now the children are allowed to blow soap bubbles onto the paper. As soon as the bubbles touch the paper, they will burst and create beautiful, colorfuls splashes.
Gorgeous looking pictures can be achieved using stencils, leaves and flowers!
Tip:
- Paint outside! Because not every (dyed!) soap bubble lands on the paper.
- Place the paper on the floor. It's easier for the children to blow in this direction.
- Make sure that the children wear clothes that can get dirty!
Make bubble rings yourself
What you will need:
- pipe cleaners
- beads to thread on
- possibly wooden sticks
- bubble solution
- bowls
This is how it works:
Thread the motif and jewelery beads on the pipe cleaners. Then the pipe cleaner is knotted to a closed circle. Of course you can also shape it into a heart or a star, there are no limits to your imagination.
A short wooden stick is attached to the soap bubble ring as a handle. Here you can also use sticks you have collected yourself.
Idea:
You can also just use a piece of pipe cleaner as a ring.
Another pipe cleaner can also be used as a handle. Threading beads onto it gives it the necessary stability. And it just looks lovely!

Help, my kid swallowed bubble solution!
The PUSTEFIX Rainbow Bubble solution is tested and safe. Although not intended for consumption, it is absolutely harmless and non-toxic. With a PH value close to 7, the liquid is also not caustic, largely skin-neutral and biodegradable.
However, if the liquid is swallowed, there is a possible danger of suffocation due to the possibility of foam formation, e.g. through coughing.
