Legal information about the ordering process
After clicking the „Add to cart“ button, you will see your shopping cart with the products you have selected so far. Now you have the possibility to remove the items you have already put into the shopping cart or to change the desired quantity (enter new quantity and then click on „Update cart“).
After checking the quantities of the items you have chosen and if you want to buy them, please click on “Checkout”.
From now on you only need to follow the page to submit the order:
- 1. If you are a new customer, fill in the mandatory fields marked with *. If you are already a customer of ours, click on the link and please enter your e-mail address and the password you have chosen and click on “Login”. However, you can also order from us without creating a customer account.
2. Now please choose your desired payment method.
3. As last the desired items are again summarized indicated. You have here for the last time the possibility with “Edit order” to make changes to the number of your desired items. If you now confirm your order by clicking the button “Buy now“, it will be triggered.
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail, which contains your order, our terms and conditions, instructions on your right of withdrawal, the model withdrawal form and our imprint.
- The online store is provided in German and English; the contract is concluded in German and English.

There is a statutory liability for defects for the goods. We deviate permissibly from this in accordance with the regulations in § 10 of our TAC – terms and conditions. - Note on the delivery period:
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery of the goods within Germany will be made within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) at the latest. The delivery to the possible EU countries can take up to 10 working days. The period for calculating the delivery time of the goods starts from the conclusion of the contract (in case of payment by Klarna/Sofortüberweisung, PayPal, direct debit, credit card and purchase on account/Ratepay GmbH) or from one day after the customer’s payment instruction to the bank (in case of prepayment). - We accept the following means of payment:
